Physiotherapist

Michelle graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2009. Since then, she has lived and worked in Toronto, Amsterdam and London. Her speciality involves working with pre- and post-natal women, sports injuries, post-op rehab for orthopedic surgeries, acute and chronic neck and low back injuries.

Michelle’s Physiotherapy approach is multifaceted, combining manual therapy, Clinical Pilates, exercise prescription, education, and modalities such as acupuncture and dry needling to provide valuable, evidenced-based therapy. She believes in one-to-one patient care with a focus on short and long term functional goals, in order to help you regain an active and healthy lifestyle.

Some of her qualifications include: Integrated Dry Needling, Level 3 Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative therapy, Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder barrel, Wunda chair, Springboard), Contemporary Medical Acupuncture for Health Professionals (McMaster University), JEMS Movement (Analysis, Rehabilitation and Training).

In her spare time you will find her practicing Pilates or exploring the green spaces in London with her family. If you don’t see her out and about in London, she is most likely traveling and learning about all things food and wine!
